Booking Terms

Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 21 September 2026

Thank you for choosing WanderGO Holidays. These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which we provide our services, and we would kindly request you to read them before making a booking.

These Terms govern your use of www.wandergo.in and any booking made with WanderGO Holidays (referred to as "WanderGO Holidays", "the Company", "we", "us" or "our"). Our full registration and contact details are set out under Contact Us.

By making a booking or using this website, you ("the Customer", "you") confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

·     "Package" means the tour programme, inclusions and services described on our website or in a written quotation issued by us, whether for a destination outside India or within India.

·     "Booking" means a reservation made by you and confirmed by us in writing.

·     "Departure Date" means the date on which the Package is scheduled to commence.

2. Booking and confirmation

2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once the required payment has been received and we have issued a written booking confirmation.

2.2. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that every member of the travelling party is made aware of, and agrees to, these Terms and Conditions.

2.3. A confirmed booking represents a commitment to purchase the selected Package. We would request you to carefully verify travel dates, destinations, inclusions, exclusions and traveller details before making payment.

2.4. We request accurate and complete details of all travellers at the time of booking, including full name as per the travel document, date of birth, travel document number and validity, and contact details. We are unfortunately unable to accept responsibility for any consequence arising from information that is incorrect or incomplete.

3. Package price and payment

3.1. Package prices are based on the services and inclusions set out in the booking confirmation or itinerary.

3.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Package price does not include personal expenses, optional activities, meals or services not specifically mentioned, visa charges, passport expenses, excess baggage, tips and gratuities, or other incidental expenses.

3.3. Payment is to be made in accordance with the payment schedule communicated to you at the time of booking.

3.4. Where the balance payment is not received by the due date, we may be required to treat the booking as having lapsed, and the position set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy will apply.

3.5. All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR) through the payment methods offered on our website. We are unable to accept cash payments.

3.6. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every booking.

4. Pricing and taxes

4.1. All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are per person, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.2. Package prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and, where applicable to overseas tour programme packages, Tax Collected at Source (TCS). These are added at the applicable rates and shown separately on your invoice.

4.3. Your invoice sets out each tax component separately, so that it may be placed before your tax adviser as required.

4.4. We would encourage every traveller to furnish a valid PAN at the time of booking. Where a PAN is provided, the TCS collected is credited against that PAN, appears in your Form 26AS and Annual Information Statement, and may be claimed in full when filing your income tax return — set off against your tax liability, with any excess refunded to you. TCS is therefore a pre-paid tax rather than a cost.

4.5. Where a PAN is not furnished, TCS is collected at a higher rate as required under applicable law, and the credit cannot be mapped to the traveller's tax records. In such cases the traveller may be unable to claim the amount collected. We mention this only so that the position is clear, and we are glad to assist with what is required.

4.6. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Once confirmed and payment received, the price is held, save as set out in clause 4.7.

4.7. On occasion, costs outside our control may change after a booking has been confirmed — for example a revision in government taxes or levies, a significant movement in foreign exchange rates, or a fuel or other surcharge imposed by a service provider. Should this arise, we will write to you explaining the position and the amount involved. If the increase exceeds 10% of the total Package value, you may choose not to proceed and we will refund the amounts you have paid to us in full.

5. Air tickets

5.1. You are welcome either to arrange your own air tickets, or to have us arrange them on your behalf.

5.2. Where we arrange air tickets, the fare quoted to you is the fare payable, and is shown on your invoice.

5.3. Airline tickets, once issued, are governed by the fare rules of the airline concerned. Many fares are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-amendable. Where any change is possible at all, any charge, penalty or fare difference imposed by the airline is payable at actuals, in addition to any applicable difference in the Package price.

5.4. We are, of course, always glad to assist in approaching the airline on your behalf, though the outcome rests with the airline.

6. Travel documents, visas and entry requirements

6.1. Travellers are kindly requested to ensure they hold a valid passport or other required travel document, with sufficient validity — generally a minimum of six months from the date of return travel — together with any required blank pages.

6.2. Obtaining any visa, entry permit or arrival documentation required for travel, and complying with the immigration requirements of India and of the destination, remains the responsibility of the traveller.

6.3. We are pleased to provide general guidance on documentation requirements, but we are not in a position to guarantee the grant of any visa or entry permit, nor entry into any country.

6.4. Where a traveller is unable to travel because of a visa refusal, an immigration decision, an invalid or expired travel document, or a failure to meet entry requirements, we regret that this does not entitle the traveller to a refund, subject to applicable law. We would encourage travellers to begin documentation well in advance.

7. Travel insurance

7.1. Where travel insurance is included in a Package, this is stated in the applicable inclusions. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the policy issued by the insurer.

7.2. The full policy wording is shared with every traveller before departure, and we would encourage you to read it so that you are clear on the extent of coverage.

7.3. Pre-existing medical conditions are generally excluded from standard policies. Where a traveller has a pre-existing condition, we would recommend obtaining additional coverage independently.

8. Itinerary and changes

8.1. The itinerary provided at the time of booking represents the planned arrangements.

8.2. We may need to vary an itinerary where circumstances reasonably require it — for example weather, traffic, local conditions, the closure or unavailability of an attraction, transport disruption, safety considerations, supplier changes, or the requirements of any authority.

8.3. Where a variation becomes necessary, we will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative. A substituted inclusion of comparable value does not give rise to a refund.

8.4. Any activity or inclusion described as being on a "best-effort basis" is offered in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.

8.5. Hotels may be described by name or as "or similar". Where a named hotel becomes unavailable, we will arrange accommodation of a comparable standard.

8.6. Minor changes to itinerary, timings, accommodation or transport do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund, subject to applicable law.

9. Accommodation

9.1. Accommodation arrangements are subject to availability, and we may substitute a property of the same or reasonably comparable category where necessary.

9.2. Check-in and check-out times, security deposits, additional charges and property rules are determined by the accommodation provider.

9.3. Any damage, loss or additional charge levied by an accommodation provider arising from a traveller's actions is payable by that traveller.

10. Transport and third-party service providers

10.1. Airlines, hotels, transport operators, restaurants, activity providers, guides and other suppliers are independent service providers, and their services may be governed by their own terms.

10.2. We take care in selecting our suppliers. However, we are not in a position to accept responsibility for delays, cancellations, rescheduling, missed connections, baggage loss or other disruption caused by an independent supplier, except to the extent required by applicable law.

10.3. Any compensation or refund offered by a transport provider is governed by that provider's own policies.

11. Travelling with us

11.1. To help every trip run smoothly, we would request that travellers provide accurate details, carry valid documents, arrive at meeting points on time, follow reasonable instructions from the tour manager, respect local laws and customs, and be considerate towards fellow travellers and service providers.

11.2. Where a traveller's conduct creates a safety risk, seriously disrupts the tour, or is in breach of applicable laws or supplier rules, we may regrettably need to discontinue that traveller's participation. In such circumstances no refund would ordinarily be payable, subject to applicable law.

11.3. The purchase, possession or use of narcotic or prohibited substances is strictly not permitted. Many destinations impose severe penalties, and we are unable to assist in such circumstances.

12. Special requests

12.1. We are happy to pass on special requests — room preferences, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms, seating preferences and similar — to the relevant supplier.

12.2. Special requests cannot be guaranteed unless we have confirmed them to you in writing.

13. Personal belongings

Travellers remain responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, travel documents, money and electronic devices. We are unable to accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Force majeure

14.1. We are not able to accept responsibility for any failure, delay or alteration of services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic, war or terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, border closures, strikes, transport disruption, airport closures, or other extraordinary events.

14.2. In such circumstances we may need to modify, postpone or suspend arrangements. Where this happens, we will make every reasonable effort to recover amounts from our suppliers and will pass on to you whatever is recovered, after deduction of amounts that have been irrecoverably incurred.

15. Limitation of liability

15.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15.2. Where we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in respect of the affected booking.

15.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Photography and promotional material

Photographs and video may be taken during our tours for operational and promotional purposes. Where required by applicable law, we will seek appropriate consent before using identifiable images of travellers for promotional purposes. Should you prefer not to appear in such material, please do let your tour manager know and we will be glad to accommodate this.

17. Privacy

Information collected in the course of a booking is used for the purpose of delivering the services booked, meeting statutory obligations and communicating with you. We do not sell personal data. Information is shared with airlines, hotels, destination management companies, insurers and authorities only to the extent necessary to deliver your booking.

18. Intellectual property

All content on www.wandergo.in, including text, images, itineraries, logos and design, belongs to WanderGO Holidays and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

19. Complaints

19.1. Should anything fall short of your expectations during your trip, we would be grateful if you would raise it immediately with your tour manager, so that we have the opportunity to put it right while you are still travelling.

19.2. Any matter that remains unresolved may be written to us at contact@wandergo.in within 14 days of your return, together with any supporting information.

19.3. We acknowledge all communications within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 working days.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

21. Amendments to these Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in force on the date of your booking will apply to that booking.

22. Acceptance

By confirming a booking or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including our Refund and Cancellation Policy, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
